Prize Table Donations

All prize table donations must be
shipped by SEPTEMBER 22!
We will do our best to incorporate any last minute donations but cannot promise we will have time to find a designated spot for them. Should we not be in a position to utilize your items this year, you may hang on to the items for a future convention or we can pass them forward to the next convention for you.

The prize table has been an exciting part of the Dawn doll convention for many years and your generous contributions are much appreciated! We will be welcoming all donations including those items not on the recommended list below. Donated items may be used for:

Prize table
Gifts to donors
Auctions for present and future convention fundraising
Contest winners

Contributions from those unable to attend are deeply valued and play a significant role in our event’s success. Whether you’re with us in person or spirit, your generosity is sincerely appreciated and contributes to the convention experience.

Vintage fashions in excellent condition
Custom Dawn or Pippa dolls
Custom doll fashions
Custom doll jewelry
1:12 scale (Dawn-sized) doll furniture
Dollhouse miniatures
Artwork relating to Dawn or Pippa dolls
Checkerboard items
Boxed vintage Dawn or Pippa dolls or fashions

How to Donate

1) ** Be sure to label each item with your name & email! **

2) Take photos of your prize table donations before sending.

3) Email your photos to: Lori Cate.

(Note: Your photos will be uploaded to an album in the FB group Topper Dawn Conventions.)

4) Include a note in your package - and in your email to Lori - stating what you're donating, and that it's for the prize table.

5) Please ship ALL prize table donations by SEPTEMBER 22, 2026 to:
